The FMUSER DTV4347S 16-Channel HDMI IPTV Encoder is a professional audio and video encoding device that supports both HD and SD content. It comes with either 16 or 24 HDMI inputs, which can be encoded in MPEG4 AVC/H.264 format.

Each module of the device supports 1MPTS and 8SPTS outputs, with up to 8 HDMI ports sharing one encoder module. The cost-effective design makes it widely used in digital distribution systems such as cable TV digital head-ends and digital TV broadcasting.

This encoder also supports various audio encoding formats such as MPEG1 Layer II, LC-AAC, HE-AAC, AC3 pass-through, and audio gain adjustment. It has IP output over UDP and RTP/RTSP protocols and supports QR code, logo, and caption insertion.

Additionally, the device has a "Null PKT Filter" function and can be controlled via web management with easy updates available through the website.
